Mammoth

People

How we’re built.

Small on purpose. A core team, a collective of photographers, and an event crew that flexes with the calendar. Here’s the whole shape, including the seats we’re still filling.

Three companies, one team

Three connected businesses. The same people work across all of them.

Mammoth

Custom photo ops and event media for brands.

Portrait Booth

Portrait booths for weddings and social events, self-serve or with a host.

BrandStudio

The software that delivers every photo instantly.

The shape

Top to bottom, this is the whole company. Anything with a Hiring tag is a seat you could take.

Founder and lead photographer

Bill Hamway

Photography, lighting, technology and guest experience; he builds the systems and does quality control on everything.

On the day

Event crew

Two-person teams on hosted events, with at least one trained host on every team.

Outside the org chart

The Collective

Freelance photographers who keep their own business. For live event work Mammoth is their booking agent — we handle the clients, the contracts, and the logistics — and clients can book them by name.

Open seats, in hiring order

Every seat, hire order first. Event crew and Collective roles sit at the bottom because we hire those whenever the right person turns up.

Why small

Why have three-person teams when you can have one really awesome person?

You’re hiring our personalities and our body of work, not whoever’s available.
