Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes and to learn about and inquire about our services. You agree not to misuse the site — no attempting to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, access areas you’re not authorized to, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Any information you submit through the site — for example, event details in an inquiry form — should be accurate and your own to share. How we handle that information is described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property and image licensing

The site and its contents — including text, design, logos, and the photography and video we display — are owned by Mammoth or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our work from the site without permission.

Work we create for you. You can use the photos and video we deliver however you like: social, ads, print, press, forever, no extra fees. Mammoth keeps the copyright and grants you a full, permanent license, and we keep the right to show our work in our own portfolio and marketing. If your written agreement says otherwise, that agreement governs.

You’re responsible for securing any venue permissions, location releases, or subject consents your use of the media requires.

Bookings and payment

We don’t sell services or take payment through this site. Bookings are confirmed by a written quote and agreement that sets the scope, schedule, deliverables, fees, and payment terms for your project. Travel and other costs are quoted up front and listed on your quote.

Deposits, balances, deposit refundability, cancellation, and rescheduling are governed by that written agreement. A date is reserved only once any required deposit is received and the agreement is signed. If there’s ever a conflict between these terms and your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Warranties and limitation of liability

We bring experienced crews and real production experience to every event, and we stand behind the quality of our work as set out in your agreement. That said, the site itself is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mammoth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site. Any liability connected to the services we provide is limited as described in your written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Third-party links

The site may link to other websites — including our sibling brands and outside resources. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above, and the updated version applies to your use of the site going forward. Please check back periodically.
