Belongs at your event

Not a box in the corner. The booth stands in a scene from our collection, or in front of the one your decor team builds.

Our crew dresses for the room, from black tie to a costume party. Fun, charismatic people who fit your vibe and look like they belong.

Common questions

Do you include prints?

Every booth is digital first.

  • Guests get their photos on their phone in seconds.
  • Prints are 4×6 by default, 8×12 on request.

How much space do we need?

  • About 10 × 10 ft for the booth and its backdrop.
  • At least 8 ft of ceiling height.
  • Room for the guest line on top of that.
  • Tell us the venue footprint and we match the scene and framing to it.
  • We send a floorplan ahead of every event.

Can we add more cameras?

Each booth runs one camera. For candids at the same time, add Roaming Photos: a photographer working the room.

Do you have insurance?

Yes.

  • $2M per occurrence and $4M aggregate in commercial general liability.
  • Equipment coverage on top of that.
  • The certificate goes out the same day you ask, with your venue’s certificate holder and additional insured wording.

How do guests get their photos?

Most guests get theirs by face-match the second it's taken. A conference running badge scan or pre-registration gets delivery from that step instead. Either way, it's on their phone, not stuck in an email queue.

What if our guests run it themselves?

  • You and your planner get our number. Call or text on the day if anything stops working.
  • If we need to come back and fix something, we come back.
  • If a guest disrupts the quality and we notice, we’ll let your event coordinator know, but we don’t hold liability for it.
  • In most cases everything works smoothly.
  • It works for house parties too: guests run it themselves, and we pack it up at the end of the night or the next morning.

What if we run long?

The first 30 minutes are free. After that it is $200 an hour digital only, or $300 an hour with printing, and only if your host can stay.

Can we collect guest data at a corporate event?

At a marketing event or activation, yes, with the marketing data package: $1,500 per event day. Guests opt in.

  • An opt-in form guests fill in at the photo op.
  • The custom questions you want asked.
  • A CRM-ready export of everyone who opted in.
  • A results report on what the event brought in.

At weddings and parties, guests just get their photos. We never ask for their contact details.
