Face match
Get any photo you’re in, automatically.
Attendees sign up once, with a selfie at your event’s face match link.
From then on, every photo they’re in is sent to them by text or email as soon as it’s ready. Some arrive in real time, some after editing.
It gets better every year. Returning attendees are already signed up, and they can look back at their photos from past conferences.

Key Groups

A crew that fits in
A conference runs three photo jobs at once: portraits for the people who came, coverage of the sessions, and content your marketing team can post while the event is still going. We staff all three.
We set up and test the day before, then walk it with you, so you sign off before the first attendee arrives. Show-day mornings are for coffee, not troubleshooting.

Common questions
Can you cover breakouts while also shooting the keynote?
Yes — that’s the 2-photographer tier. One on keynote, one roaming between breakouts and expo floor. We map coverage against your run-of-show before the event.
Our breakout rooms are dark with bright slide projection. Can you handle that?
Every time. Dark ambient + bright projector fill is the most common conference lighting situation. We bring supplemental rigs that keep speakers evenly lit without touching projected content.
Do you deliver images during the event or after?
It depends on the tier.
- With an on-site editor, the top 15 to 30 frames per session reach your marketing team within 2 to 3 hours of capture.
- Without the editor tier, we curate after the event.
- Either way the gallery link is sent before the event, photos arrive in it in real time, and the full gallery is there the same day.
What happens after the event?
The photo is already on the attendee’s phone, with your brand on it. That is the part people keep.
- About 14 days later, we can send a nudge from your brand: a thank-you, the photo again, and a link to wherever you want them next.
- Guests who opt in become a list, tied to a face and a session.
- We set the follow-up up with you before the show, and we can help plan what to do with the list.
- Marketing data package: opt-in form, your custom questions, a CRM-ready export and a results report. $1,500 per event day.
What do most conferences book?
- Headshots and conference coverage first.
- A portrait studio next, if there is a lounge or expo floor to fill.
- Social content after that, if your team posts during the event.
What are the usual add-ons?
- Same-day edits.
- An additional photographer.
- On-site printing at the portrait and headshot studios.
- An extra host or brand ambassador.
- A backdrop: velvet is $300, pure white or pure black is $99, a color is $150, and AI backgrounds start at $300; a custom scene is quoted.
- Marketing data package, $1,500 per event day.
How does travel billing work?
Travel is quoted up front, on every quote. Each pricing card shows an average range so you can budget before talking to us.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes.
- $2M per occurrence and $4M aggregate in commercial general liability.
- Equipment coverage on top of that.
- The certificate goes out the same day you ask, with your venue’s certificate holder and additional insured wording.
Who owns the photos?
You can use them however you like: social, ads, print, press, forever, no extra fees. Mammoth keeps the copyright and you get a full license, and we keep the right to show our work.
