## What Mammoth does

- **Services:** the Portrait Booth (self-serve or with a host), Roaming Photos, the Portrait Studio, the Headshot Studio, the Scribble Booth, the AI Time Machine, Conference Coverage, Trade Show Coverage, and custom Brand Activations.
- **Delivery:** guests get their photos on their phone in seconds, by face match, text, email or QR. The gallery link is sent before the event, photos arrive in it in real time, and the full gallery is there the same day. With a dedicated on-site editor, selects reach your team within 2 to 3 hours of capture.
- **Who it is for:** brand marketing and field marketing teams, creative and event agencies, event planners, couples, and party and gala hosts.
- **Who we are:** a small core team plus a collective of experienced photographers and event crew. Founder: Bill Hamway.
- **Clients include:** Rocket, NASCAR, Autodesk, 313 Presents, Owens Corning, Ticketmaster.
- **Photo rights:** Mammoth keeps the copyright, and you get a full license to use the photos however you like, with no extra fees.
- **Insurance:** $2M per occurrence and $4M aggregate in commercial general liability, plus equipment coverage. The certificate goes out the same day you ask.

## Pricing

- **Portrait Booth, corporate events (3 hours):** Essential, self-serve $1,200. Self-serve with prints (up to 400 4x6 prints) $1,500. With a host $1,700. With a host and prints (unlimited 4x6 prints) $2,200.
- **Portrait Booth, per day (conferences, trade shows, festivals and anything running a full day or longer):** Essential, self-serve $1,800 (unlimited hours). With a host $2,800 (up to 10 hours). With a host and prints $3,800 (up to 10 hours). A day rate covers the booth and our crew for that event day. Travel is separate and quoted up front, and marketing data is its own package.
- **Portrait Booth, galas and parties (3 hours):** Essential, self-serve $1,200. Self-serve with prints $1,500. With a host $1,700. With a host and prints $2,200.
- **Portrait Booth, weddings (the whole wedding, about 6 hours, cocktail hour through the last dance):** Essential, self-serve $1,500. Self-serve with prints $1,800. With a host $2,000. With a host and prints $2,500.
- **Roaming Photos:** $1,800 for 3 hours, $600 each added hour.
- **Portrait Studio:** $4,800 half day, $8,800 full day. At a wedding, $4,800 for cocktail hour, then three hours after dinner, 4x6 prints included. Includes a velvet backdrop or a solid color backdrop.
- **Headshot Studio:** $4,800 half day, $8,800 full day. About 30 headshots an hour per studio; two studios do 60 an hour.
- **Scribble Booth:** $4,800 half day, installed, at a corporate event. $3,800 for the whole wedding or the whole party, one host included.
- **AI Time Machine:** $4,500 half day.
- **Conference Coverage:** $3,500 half day (5 hours), $6,500 full day (8 hours).
- **Trade Show Coverage:** $6,500 full day (8 hours).
- **Brand Activations:** from $5,000. Custom scenes, creative direction and graphic design are quoted per build.
- **Backdrops:** added to a booth or photo experience, never sold on their own. Velvet $300, Pure White $99 and Pure Black $99 at any event. Color $150 at corporate events and parties. AI Backgrounds from $300 at corporate events. Flower wall $550, Hedge wall $300 and Pink Pampas Dream $550 at weddings and parties.
- **Enhancements:** on-site printing at the Portrait Studio or the Headshot Studio $120 per hour. Extra host or brand ambassador $100 per hour. Same-day edits (top 10 to 15) $650 per event. Marketing data package (opt-in form, your custom questions, a CRM-ready export and a results report) $1,500 per event day. Extra time on the day $200 per hour digital only, $300 per hour with printing; the first 30 minutes are free, only if your host can stay.
- **Wedding enhancements:** printing with a host (unlimited 4x6 prints) $500, self-serve printing (up to 400 prints) $300, extra host $500, each for the whole wedding.
- **Travel:** no travel fee in Metro Detroit and Ann Arbor. Michigan road markets (Grand Rapids, Traverse City and Petoskey) $300 to $800 per person. National fly-to markets (Las Vegas, Orlando, San Diego, Nashville) $800 to $1,200 per person per day. Anywhere else, quoted per trip.

- **What does Mammoth do?** Photo and video activations for events: portrait booths, headshot studios, roaming photos, custom photo ops and event coverage, with every guest's photo on their phone in seconds.
- **How much does it cost?** Pricing is public. The Portrait Booth starts at $1,200 for 3 hours, self-serve, at a corporate event, gala or party, and $1,500 self-serve for the whole wedding. With a host it is $1,700 for 3 hours, or $2,000 for the whole wedding. Roaming Photos start at $1,800 for 3 hours. Travel is quoted up front.
- **How fast do you deliver?** Guests get their photos on their phone in seconds. The gallery link is sent before the event, photos arrive in it in real time, and the full gallery is there the same day.
- **Is there a host, or do guests run the booth themselves?** Either. Self-serve is the same booth for the same hours with no host: we set it up before doors, test it, and come back to pack it up. On self-serve you get our number and can call or text on the day if anything stops working, and if we need to come back and fix something, we come back. On a short corporate event it usually makes sense for us to host it. On a multi-day conference we do the setup and can host it, or your own brand ambassadors work it.
- **Is a backdrop included?** No package includes a backdrop, except the Portrait Studio, which includes a velvet backdrop or a solid color backdrop. Backdrops are priced on top, and a custom scene is quoted at our cost and our time.
- **Where are you based and do you travel?** Detroit, MI (211 W Fort St, Suite 316). Orlando and Las Vegas often, Nashville and San Diego sometimes, and anywhere else quoted up front.
- **Do you work with agencies?** Yes. White-label on request, priced so you can mark it up. Our crews work under your production banner, and you can build a client estimate from the public rate card without a call.
- **Do you discount or price-match?** No. Our rates are standard and in writing.
