The Mammoth Standard

Every person who works a Mammoth event reads this, agrees to it, and signs it. It’s a shared commitment.

Photos so good people say “damn, we look good.”

That’s the bar. Every setup, every guest, every event.

Show up prepared. Show up with energy.

You’ve tested the kit, you know the timeline, you know the dress code, and you bring the energy the room needs.

We control the variables

  • Clean setups. Proper cables. Zero visual clutter.
  • The booth goes where people will see it. Never hidden in another room.
  • Lighting and framing get checked all night, because booths get moved.
  • Backups for the camera, the light, the cables. Every time.

We never sacrifice quality for speed.

Slow down. Do it right. Every impression matters, because it can be our last.

Own the outcome.

You know your job. Do it without oversight. If you constantly need to be told what to do, you’ll be replaced by someone who owns it.

Say something

  • If something is broken, dirty, low or missing, say it.
  • If you’re unsure, ask. Don’t guess and stay stressed.
  • If your plan changed, tell the team before it costs someone else.
  • Complaints go up, never sideways. No gossip.

At the event

  • Dress like you’re attending. Weddings are black tie unless told otherwise.
  • Never complain in front of anyone. Don’t join vendor rants.
  • Set guest expectations out loud: “this takes about 30 seconds.”
  • Get as many photos as possible. Go up to groups and invite them in.

After the event

  • Verify every photo uploaded before you leave.
  • Pack it how you found it. Specific cables stay with specific booths.
  • Clean it. Wipe screens with microfiber. No fingerprints.
  • Put it back where you found it, ready for the next person.

The mistake rule

  1. First timeYou’ll be taught the expectation and how to do it properly.
  2. Second timeYou’ll be asked why it happened again.
  3. Third timeYou’re off the team.

We protect our team at all costs.

If a guest is inappropriate with anyone on our team, we tell the planner. If it happens again, we leave. No refunds.

The right team makes it possible.

Top companies and high net worth clients hire us because they trust that our team has been vetted. Don’t let it slip.

I accept The Standard.
