Common questions
How long does a roaming photographer stay?
The base booking is three hours on site, with hourly coverage after that. Longer nights and multi-room events are quoted on the same rate.
Can we add a second photographer?
Yes — an additional photographer is a listed add-on, and it is the usual answer for a big room or two rooms running at once.
How does travel billing work?
Travel is quoted up front, on every quote. Each pricing card shows an average range so you can budget before talking to us.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes. Mammoth carries $2M per occurrence and $4M aggregate in commercial general liability, plus equipment coverage. We send a certificate of insurance with your venue’s certificate holder and additional insured wording the same day you ask.
