Portrait Studio

A wedding happens once. Here’s what hiring us looks like, and what you avoid.
We dress for your wedding.
Black tie means black tie. We dress like we’re attending as a guest, because in the photos we basically are. No polos, no branded t-shirts at a formal wedding.
We set up early.
We’re in the room before your guests are, tested and dialed in. No cables in anyone’s way, no scrambling during cocktail hour.
Photos match what you saw.
The quality on our site and our social is the standard we bring to your day. Same lighting, same camera, same eye. Not a different crew with a different bar.
Backups for the backups.
Spare camera, lights and cables, and everything tested before your guests walk in. If something fails, your guests never find out.

Common questions
How much space does a Portrait Booth need?
- About 10 × 10 ft with a backdrop.
- At least 8 ft of ceiling height.
- Sharing kiosks take about 2 ft each.
- Prints need a cocktail table with linen next to the booth.
Is a backdrop included in the base price?
No, and we say so up front.
- The base price covers the booth, the lighting, the graphics and instant delivery.
- On a package with a host, the host is in that price too.
- The Portrait Studio is the exception: it includes a velvet backdrop (a $300 value) or a solid color backdrop. Other scenes, like the flower wall, are not included.
- A custom scene is quoted on top at our cost and our time.
- Named backdrops have one price at any event. Backdrops are added to a booth or photo experience, never sold on their own.
Already have a decor company? Have them build the scene into their design and we shoot in front of it.
Do guests need an app or a QR code?
No. The photo lands on their phone seconds after it is taken.
