A studio at your event

Same kit as our Headshot Studio, pointed at guests instead of a staff directory. It fits a conference lounge, an expo floor, a gala cocktail hour, or a brand activation.

Our crew dresses for the room. Fun, charismatic people who fit your vibe and look like they belong.

Common questions

How is this different from the Headshot Studio?

Same kit, same crew, same rate card. The difference is who is in front of the camera — the Headshot Studio is built for staff, speakers and executives; the Portrait Studio is built for guests in a lounge, on an expo floor, or at a cocktail hour.

How much space do we need?

  • About 12 ft wide by 15 ft deep per studio is ideal.
  • 10 to 12 ft of height when the hair light goes over the top of the backdrop.
  • We can work with a lot of footprints. Send the layout and we confirm before load-in.
  • A floorplan comes with every quote.

How many portraits per hour?

About 30 per studio per hour, roughly two minutes each, three to six frames. Two studios do 60 an hour. We slow down where each guest gets coached through their portrait.

How does travel billing work?

Travel is quoted up front, on every quote. Each pricing card shows an average range so you can budget before talking to us.

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes. Mammoth carries $2M per occurrence and $4M aggregate in commercial general liability, plus equipment coverage. We send a certificate of insurance with your venue’s certificate holder and additional insured wording the same day you ask.
