What we did

Owens Corning took booth 22081 at the International Roofing Expo at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, February 19 to 21, 2025. We covered the booth all three days and ran the photos at the contractor event.

On the trade show floor

Owens Corning sent a shot list the day before and we worked through it all week: the booth empty on Wednesday and again Thursday morning for Owens Corning’s website, every wall, reps talking with contractors, people on the ramps, the team photos with the Pink Panther, and the Learning Lounge talks under the More Than Just a Roof theme.

The photos went back sorted by what they show: the booth, the people, the team groups, the Learning Lounge. Contractors who wanted their own photos from the floor signed up with a selfie and got every photo we’d taken of them sent automatically.

The contractor event

Wednesday night Owens Corning hosted its contractors at 1902 Venue. We ran the Portrait Booth with Owens Corning’s own photo frames, updated from the year before, plus a roaming photographer through the party. The booth logged 54 sessions, and Owens Corning had a first batch of photos the next morning.

A month later we were with the same team at the Platinum Conference. The IREs on either side: 2024 in Las Vegas and 2026 in Las Vegas.
