What we did

At Autodesk University 2023 we ran two custom photo and video ops, plus roaming photos after hours.

For Autodesk Construction Cloud we ran a beam photo op on the expo floor all three days: a printed 3D mural that puts guests on a beam over the Las Vegas skyline. Guests stepped onto the beam, got their portrait, and had it on their phone before they walked away. 890 sessions, 2,669 photos. After hours we ran roaming photography at the VIP party on November 14 and the Autodesk Construction Cloud internal celebration the next night.

For Autodesk’s Media & Entertainment division we built a custom video activation with RADiCAL, the motion-capture company. Attendees stepped in, moved, and left with a clip built around their own motion and the RADiCAL end card, ready to post from the show floor.

This is the work we want more of: a brand with a point of view, a division with a story to tell, and a photo op made for that show. We came back for AU 2024 with a roaming team and a video booth in front of Autodesk’s LED wall.
