Can the photo op capture leads?
Yes. Lead capture is available at marketing events and activations like a show floor. Attendees opt in at the photo op, and you get the list the same day.
Does the build travel?
Yes. The same scene can be packed up and rebuilt at the next show. We have worked the floor at IBS, IRE and CONEXPO.
What does trade show coverage cost?
- Trade Show Coverage starts at $6,500 for a full day.
- The Portrait Booth books by the day on a show floor: $1,800 self-serve for unlimited hours, $2,800 with a host for up to 10 hours, $3,800 with a host and unlimited 4×6 prints. A shorter block is $1,200 self-serve for 3 hours, $1,700 with a host, $2,200 with a host and prints.
- A day rate covers the booth and our crew for that show day. Travel is separate and quoted up front, and marketing data is its own package.
- Custom scenes are quoted per build.
- The marketing data package is $1,500 per event day: the opt-in form, your custom questions, a CRM-ready export and a results report.
How do we get the recap photos?
The gallery link is sent before the show, photos of the booth in action arrive in it in real time, and the full gallery is there the same day, organized by day and activity.
How early do you load in?
The day before the floor opens, inside your show’s move-in window. We build, test and walk it with you, so you sign off before the first attendee arrives.
How does travel billing work?
Travel is quoted up front, on every quote. Metro Detroit and Ann Arbor have no travel fee. Further out, we show you the drive, the fuel and any hotel night before you sign.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes. Mammoth carries $2M per occurrence and $4M aggregate in commercial general liability, plus equipment coverage. We send a certificate of insurance with your venue’s certificate holder and additional insured wording the same day you ask.
