Fender Nashville Grand Opening Portraits

Fender opened a private showroom in Nashville, a space for artists that isn’t on a map and isn’t meant to be. The grand opening on May 21, 2024 was invite-only, and Fender wanted every guest to leave with a portrait from the night.

The brief was a black-and-white glam booth. On site, the wall Fender wanted as the backdrop didn’t work with that look, so their team asked to pivot and we did, on the spot: instant portraits against the wall they loved, printed on site so guests walked out holding one. Every portrait also landed on the guest’s phone with #FenderNashville on it.

It was a small room, a brand that cares how it looks, and a plan that adapted to the space instead of fighting it.
