Common questions
What’s included in a price?
All the gear, setup and teardown, and delivery to every guest. A host or photographer when your package has one. No hidden rental line items, no surprise delivery fee.
Half day or full day?
A half day is up to five hours on-site, a full day is up to eight. We price by the day, because a full day of your team’s time is a full day of ours.
Why do the design lines say quoted?
Because a custom scene is built for one event and one brand. We scope it, price it as a flat creative fee separate from event-day time, and put it in writing before anything gets built.
Do you discount or price-match?
No. These are our standard rates and they’re in writing. The price is the price.
Is the estimate I build here a real quote?
It’s built from these published prices, so it’s the real number for what you picked. We confirm the final quote, with your travel estimate, within one business day.
