P&G Confidence Lab at Black Tech Week 2026
Black Tech Week takes over the Aronoff Center in Cincinnati every July. For the 2026 edition, July 14 through 16, P&G ran the Confidence Lab activation on the floor, produced by Katalyst Productions, and the headshot studio was ours. We were also on the floor for Black Tech Week 2025.
Three days on-site. Attendees stepped into the Confidence Lab, got directed through a handful of frames, and had a finished portrait on their phone before they were back in the session hall.
Conference headshots only work if they don’t cost people the conference. That’s the whole design of the studio: fast in, fast out, and a photo they’re proud to use.
